What types of templates do you offer?
We offer a wide range of digital party planning templates, including banners, backdrops, floor wraps, and printable designs. All of our templates are designed to help you create a cohesive and stylish party atmosphere.
Are the templates customized?
non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. No part of the contract or terms and conditions may be altered without agreement by both parties, nor may it be transferred or sublet by the CLIENT. Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Your event date will be reserved upon receipt
How do I access and edit the templates?
After purchasing a template, you will receive a link to access the design on Canva. You can then customize the template using Canva's easy-to-use tools. If you don't already have a Canva account, you can sign up for free.
What format are the templates?
Our templates are provided as Canva templates. Canva is an online design tool that allows for easy customization. Once you've completed your design, you can download the final product in various formats such as PDF, PNG, or JPEG.
Can I use the template for multiple events?
Yes, once you've purchased a template, you can use it for as many events as you'd like. You can customize it for different themes, colors, and details.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the templates have been accessed. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
What is the Audi Guestbook?
Our Audio Guestbook Service is our flagship service where our clients can rent and display one of our 100% real authentic vintage phones for their event to have their guests record voicemails. As our phones are not available for purchase. After your event, the Both and phone will be picked by one of our team members. From this point, our team works their magic! Your voicemails are offloaded, edited, and a digital version of your voicemails will be uploaded to a USB and mailed to you. The time range will be within (48 hours to get your voicemails).
Do you rent the Phone booth and Phone separately?
Yes, you will be able to rent either of your choice.
Do you offer refund on the Audio Phone Guestbook?
Upon execution of this agreement, and your EVENT DATE is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific equipment rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable. All services may be cancelled if received in writing no later than 90 days prior to the event. You would not be obligated to pay the balance of your invoice, unless you placed a special order for an out-of-stock item which was purchased specifically for your event. In such cases, you would be contractually bound to pay the balance due on the account. All packages contain services that are rendered on a daily basis leading up to the event and must be paid in full, even if the event is cancelled. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file if the event is postponed.
Does the Audio Guestbook is only for rent?
Yes, Our Audi Guestbook is only available for rent only. We will drop and pick up the Phone booth and the vintage phone after the end of your event. The audio messages will than be transfer to an USB and delivered to you after.
